Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Indian Citizen। या Nepal/Bhutan का subject। या 01-01-1962 से पहले permanently settle करने के इरादे से आया Tibetan refugee। या Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Zaire, Zambia से permanently settle करने के इरादे से आया Indian origin person (Govt. of India का eligibility certificate required)।
Age Limit
20 से 30 वर्ष — 01 July 2026 को। जन्म: 02-07-1996 से 01-07-2006 के बीच। Relaxation: SC/ST — 5 वर्ष, OBC-NCL — 3 वर्ष, PwBD (General) — 10 वर्ष, PwBD (OBC) — 13 वर्ष, PwBD (SC/ST) — 15 वर्ष, Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers — 5 वर्ष।
Educational Qualification
किसी recognized University से Graduation (any discipline) या Central Government recognized equivalent। Final-year candidates eligible — result 21 July 2026 तक declared होनी चाहिए। Application के समय graduation percentage भरना mandatory।

Category Certificate Requirements
OBC: 01-04-2026 को या उसके बाद issued, valid up to interview date, Non-Creamy Layer clause explicit होना चाहिए। EWS: FY 2026-27 के लिए valid (issued in FY 2025-26)। PwBD: Disability certificate prescribed format में + UDID card authentication during registration (new requirement 2026)।
Educational Qualification
- Graduation: Any discipline from a Government-recognized University or equivalent.
- Final Year: Eligible if result declared on or before 21 July 2026.
- Category Certificates: OBC — issued on/after 01-04-2026 with non-creamy-layer clause. EWS — valid for FY 2026-27. PwBD — disability certificate + UDID card authentication (new this cycle).
